Sinaps, The Face of the Textile Industry Opening to the World

The textile industry is one of the largest industries in our country, with both companies that have created their own brands and factories that produce for big brands abroad. The biggest handicap of this industry is that it is a very human-based industry. Since the industry is more human-centered than machines, the production processes need to be as detailed and controlled.

As Algoritim Bilişim, we step in at this stage. About Seydişehir Beybo A.Ş. and Adidas, we have created the Synapse ecosystem on the axis of Adidas quality processes with our 3.5 years of work.

With this work

ordering the fabric from the dyehouse,
quality control of the fabric leaving the dyehouse,
assigning the orders of the incoming fabric to the bands,
in-band quality control,
quality control at the end of the line,
Menstruation tracking with QR readers,
performance analysis of operators,
Analyzing the output pieces and reflecting them on the screens in the bands,
electronic warning system according to quality controls,
Error checking/analysis via sketch

and more can be done on all smart devices via the Sinaps application.
