It is our application that can be found in data flow directly with the surface control machine for the fabric surface control process performed according to the 4 point control system. According to the application, the data coming from the fabric surface control machine is processed and the error score is checked and it provides reporting whether the fabric is suitable for use in garment production. More than one ball fabric control can be done in a batch. Thus, the suitability of each fabric roll or the suitability of the whole lot can be reported.
