Additionally, the model process module calculates the belt setup and standard time values (SMV) precisely.

With a special electronic module that controls Andon lights, the quality rate of belts can be visually monitored; while stain control information can be instantly relayed to machine maintenance modules. Additionally, Sinaps complies with internationally recognized Adidas quality standards, making it a reliable choice in the international market.

In addition to the main quality modules, with the Measurement Paper module, it is possible to ensure that products are produced in standard measurements, while with the Sketch Marking module, visually determining which errors emerge more frequently from which areas becomes feasible. This not only plays a significant role in establishing a quality understanding but also makes the errors manageable.

The Sinaps Ecosystem: SinapsTV and SinapsDyeHouse

The strength of Sinaps is not just in its main product, but also evident in other products within its ecosystem. SinapsTV reflects the production and quality data obtained from the Sinaps ecosystem on screens within the factory in real-time, allowing all employees to access information. This enhances transparency and enables the entire team to monitor developments in production processes in real time.

SinapsDyeHouse interacts with fabric quality control machines in the dyeing workshop. This module keeps records of the control processes performed and automatically calculates whether the fabric gets quality approval or is rejected based on a 4-point system. This ensures continuous quality monitoring and standardization in dyeing processes.
